It’ supposed to be a session about volume API delivery but instead I’m in a sesson with Edwin Aoki with (yet another) talk titled ‘Future of Web Apps’. He’s from AOL, and I’m sorry but I’ve got a bit of a problem with them talking about openness. But I’ll let that lie for now.
Here goes:
Fowa is all about ideas, not about the technology behind it. Webapps of the future need to be everywhere – on PSP, phone, iphone…
Learn from the past – small and beautiful beats large and clunky. Don’t worry about the infrastructure. Focus on standards and openness but in a responsible way.
